Career Design Lab

Our Mission

We aim to be the career and life compass for SPS students and alumni — a hub of informed connectors, helping them to find their true ambition by exploring career options and motivating them to pursue a meaningful career path.

Our Vision

To inspire career-seekers to take ownership of their career developmental paths and empower them to manage their personal and professional aspirations effectively.

Our Philosophy

Our career center is an ecosystem rather than a place — we believe that to be successful, students must explore their curiosity, become comfortable with uncertainty, and take bold actions and calculated risks.

Calendar of Events

Participate in school-wide career and networking events.

Connecting Students to Success

We help our students to define a clear path forward by taking a personalized, multidimensional approach. We connect students with the resources and the relationships that will empower them to transform their visions into reality.

Connector Model

The connector model opens the door to our opportunity platform through career communities that help students to design their professional path — and evolving world view — toward fulfilling work.
