Visiting Students

Whether you’re seeking to strengthen your candidacy for an academic program or incorporate a cross-disciplinary perspective into your studies, the Visiting Students program offers students enrolled in a degree program at another institution the specialized, world-class instruction that you would expect in the Ivy League.

Options include six and 12 weeks of study during the Columbia Summer, single-term study during the spring and fall, and full-academic-year study. You may earn academic credit that can be transferred back to your home institution. In addition, high school students may apply to one of our rigorous pre-college programs.
