New Student ID Pickup
To pickup your Student ID, you must upload a photo by Friday, December 22, 2023.
Spring 2024 ID Pick Up Days: January 8, 2024 - January 19, 2024 (Updated as of 1/9/24)
If you attend your Academic Program Breakout date, your ID can be picked up there. If you do not have an Academic Program Breakout or if you cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please find the alternative pick up dates below.
Friday, January 12th
- Location: Lewisohn Hall, Room 208 (Student Lounge)
- Time: 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM ET
Tuesday, January 16th
- Location: Lewisohn Hall, Room 203
- Time: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM ET
Wednesday, January 17th and Thursday, January 18th
- Location: Lewisohn Hall, Room 203
- Time: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM ET
Friday, January 19th
- Location: Lewisohn Hall, Room 203
- Time: 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM ET
Please note that IDs will not be mailed or released to friends and family. Any student with a hold on their account will not be able to pick up their ID until the hold is lifted. If students have not uploaded a valid ID photo yet, they must do so immediately.
