New Student ID Pick-up

To pick up your Columbia University Student ID (CUID), you must have uploaded your ID photo(link is external). This was due on December 20th, 2024. Without supplying the university with an ID Photo, your CUID will not be printed. CUIDs cannot be mailed. 

Spring 2025 ID Pick-Up Schedule

Monday, January 13th - Wednesday, January 15th:

  • January 13th and January 15th: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST
  • January 14th: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST

Campus Entrance Location: Lerner Hall, Broadway Entrance (link is external)
CUID Pick-Up Location: Lerner Hall, Broadway Entrance (link is external)

Tuesday, January 21st - Friday, January 24th

  • January 21st: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST
  • January 22nd - January 23rd: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST
  • January 24th: 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM EST

Please note that IDs will not be mailed or released to friends and family. Any student with a hold on their account will not be able to pick up their ID until the hold is lifted. If students have not uploaded a valid ID photo(link is external) yet, they must do so immediately.
