Building the #StopAAPIHate Movement: The $125 Million Philanthropic Jumpstart
After decades of being the "model" but invisible minority, the AAPI community has been in the spotlight, in large part due to the increasing anti-Asian hate and violence. Support has come from all sectors and this month, the Asian American Foundation was launched with $125 million raised from individual and corporate donors.
This conversation led by Dr. Erwin de Leon, SPS Chief Diversity Officer and Lecturer in the Nonprofit Management Program, and Jessie H. Lee, Founder and Principal of Better Future Strategies and Adjunct Lecturer in the Enterprise Risk Management Program, will explore what's next for the AAPI community and in particular, for community organizations and AAPI philanthropy.
