Starting a Nonprofit: The Four Fundamental Steps
Have you envisioned founding a new nonprofit or been asked to help someone else execute their vision? This series of four workshops, led by Dr. Carlos Ponce of the M.S. Nonprofit Management program, prepares students, alumni, and the SPS Community to ask key questions and take the foundational steps for starting a successful nonprofit organization.
Our virtual series included a synchronous 90-minute presentation from experts sharing their start-up expertise and tools, as well as a 30-minute Q&A session after each presentation. Relevant readings and tool kits, have been provided and each session has been recorded for asynchronous viewing.
