Morningside Campus/Limited Access

Effective immediately, access to the Morningside campus has been limited to students residing in residential buildings on campus (Carman, Furnald, John Jay, Hartley, Wallach, East Campus and Wien) and employees who provide essential services to campus buildings, labs and residential student life (for example, Dining, Public Safety, and building maintenance staff).   • Residency I: Monday, August 12 - Wednesday, August 14, 2024
  • Residency II: December 2025 (date TBD)

For Fall 2023 Cohort

  • Residency I: Monday, August 14 – Wednesday, August 16, 2023
  • Residency II: Wednesday, December 11 - Friday, December 13, 2024

 

Domestic students are required to participate in the residencies on Columbia’s campus in New York City*. Students are responsible for covering their travel and lodging expenses for the duration of the required residencies.

International students are welcome to attend the in-person residencies. An online version of the residencies is available for international students who cannot attend in person.

*Due to COVID-19, in-person residencies may be postponed, virtual or canceled.
