Recently, Dr. E. Ramone Segree, part-time lecturer, moderated an offering in the Nonprofit Management program's Professional Development series, “Paradigm Shift: New Directions and Opportunities for Diversity in Fundraising due to Racial Equity Awakening and Coronavirus ”.
Joined by guest panelists Alphonce Brown, Maria Gitin, and Ruby Love, the discussion focused on the societal paradigm shift brought about by the confluence of the coronavirus pandemic and the awakening to racial equity is providing new directions and opportunities for diversity, inclusion and advancement in the fundraising field.
