This week, Dr. E "Spike" Rivera's Effective Partnership Strategies for Human Capital Management class was joined by Steve Safier, PhD, Interim Program Director and Lecturer in the Discipline of Human Capital Management. Steve facilitated discussions with the class focused on Human Resource competency applications in the consultant/advisor role. Having over 20 years of experience as a global consultant, Steve discussed the TMA competency model, employing "real-world" views and the importance of partnerships, cultural alignment, and strategies that add value to the enterprise.
