NOPM Symposium: At the Crossroads: Nonprofits Shaping Health Policy in Times of Structural Challenge

updated nopm sumposium

At a time of mounting pressures on both our health-care system and the nonprofit sector, the intersection of health-care policy, funding, and nonprofit leadership has never been more urgent. Rising costs, shifting federal and state priorities, and widening disparities in access are reshaping the landscape of care. Nonprofits—often on the front lines of delivering services and filling critical gaps in communities—are navigating unprecedented challenges alongside potential opportunities for innovation.

This event will bring together policy leaders, nonprofit executives, funders, and community stakeholders for an in-depth conversation about the moment we are in: how health-care funding structures affect nonprofit sustainability, the role of nonprofits in advancing access, and the policy levers that can drive systemic change. Participants will explore collaborative strategies, real-time challenges, and bold ideas for building a more resilient, equitable, and community-centered health-care ecosystem.
