Stuti Churiwala

Stuti Churiwala is a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young based out of Jersey City, NJ. She is originally from Bangalore, India, and graduated from the Columbia University ERM program in Summer 2020. At Ernst & Young, she focuses on providing investment compliance, technology risk, and operational risk solutions to wealth and asset management clients. Prior to the ERM program, she worked at Goldman Sachs in the Asset Management division for six years. Stuti graduated as a Top-5 student and was a Teaching Associate for the Strategic Risk Management course.

Harry Christodoulou

Harry is an international corporate and commercial attorney, risk advisor, and impartial hearing officer, currently with Scarola Zubatov Schaffzin PLLC, which he joined as Counsel in 2015. Harry is a former partner of the global law firm DLA Piper (at its group firm in South Africa at the time), where he ran a corporate and commercial litigation practice for over ten years, specializing in corporate bankruptcies.

Harry is also a former board member and chair of the New York Peace Institute’s Mediator Advisory Board, a non-profit organization in New York City that promotes peace through alternative dispute resolution. Harry has mediated numerous commercial cases, including a high-profile four-day international mediation in a billion-dollar joint venture commercial dispute and a $500 million commercial real estate dispute. He also has experience in large group facilitation. Harry graduated from the ERM program in December 2018. He is a part-time lecturer for the ERM program, teaching Value-Based Enterprise Risk Management.

Dan Cahill

Dan Cahill is a Commander in the U.S. Navy (reserve) serving as an Information Warfare Officer where he identifies, reports on, and assists in mitigating operational and strategic level trends, threats, vulnerabilities, and risks that affect the U.S. Navy, the Department of Defense, and overall national security. He simultaneously works as a career civilian employee with the U.S. government, where he prevents the illicit and unintentional transfer of sensitive technologies to unauthorized foreign actors by partnering with public and private sector entities to identify and mitigate associated risks in research, development, production, sales, and logistics processes. As a former nuclear engineer, Mr. Cahill also serves as a technical expert on nuclear-related matters.

Mr. Cahill previously served as an Assistant Inspector General of the U.S. Navy. He supported inspections, investigations, and inquiries into all matters of importance to the Department of the Navy, including work involving Big Data issues and cyber security. Mr. Cahill graduated from Columbia University, School of Professional Studies in 2020 with a Masters in Enterprise Risk Management.
