Morningside Campus/Limited Access

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a graduate degree program at another institution and in good academic standing.

  • U.S. bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.

  • Students must be comfortable with rapid and idiomatic spoken English.
    To be eligible for admission, applicants are required to provide test scores and must have a minimum TOEFL iBT score of 100, a minimum score of 120 on the Duolingo English Test (DET) or receive a 7.0 or higher on the IELTS. Applicants with scores below the program’s requirements should consider applying to the American Language Program.

    Most successful applicants have an overall GPA of 3.0 or better. If your GPA or the grades in the subject you are planning to study fall below 3.0, please use the space provided in the application to explain any relevant circumstances. Please note that international transcripts are converted to a US 4.0 scale using the World Education Services (WES) guidelines.
