International students are responsible for ensuring they have read and understand the University’s student visa application eligibility and requirements. Please note that it is not permissible to enroll while in B-1/B-2 statusIn addition, if studying on a student visa, you must enroll full-time (12 points/credits per term) and study on campus.

The program is built around 8 core courses covering Foundations of Human Capital Management and Foundations of Business Partnership. Students also complete two required courses in Organization Development and Effectiveness, and Technology and Analytics, followed by a Capstone Seminar. Two electives allow students to focus their studies in specialized areas such as Learning & Development or Global HCM.

To accommodate working professionals, most classes are scheduled from 6:10–8:00 p.m. or 8:10–10:00 p.m.
