Columbia SPS Alumna Featured in Forbes Israel’s “30 Under 30”

Noam Bar-Lev (’22SPS, Executive Strategic Communication), a senior marketing manager at Amazon Ads, was named to Forbes Israel’s 2023 “30 Under 30” this month. She received the honor for her role in leading the marketing strategy for the Amazon Ads unBoxed conference held in New York City last fall. Amazon Ads reported revenue upwards of $30 billion last year, becoming the world’s third-largest digital advertising business (Google and Meta are first and second, respectively).

“30 Under 30” is an annually published list of business leaders working in industries as diverse as tech, finance, and pharmaceuticals. Forbes publishes unique lists for its “30 Under 30” series in its regional editions.

“I’m honored to be featured in the Forbes Israel ‘30 Under 30’ Tech List for 2023. I'm thankful for the opportunity to follow my passion and do what I love every day,” said Bar-Lev, who previously worked as the chief of staff for the Permanent Mission of Israel to the United Nations.

Here’s what Bar-Lev said about the Executive M.S. in Strategic Communication program at Columbia SPS: “Our classes are insightful and provide a holistic overview of all the skills executives need to get a seat at the decision-making table, from my verbal and writing skills to conducting research and analysis, to excelling in digital media and analytics, to empowering my leadership. Our professors hold executive leadership roles themselves, which makes their perspectives even more valuable. … The program threaded content that influences my experience and helps me take it to the next level.”
