People, Power, and Profitability: Navigating The Future officer

The Human Capital Management Club and Master of Science in Human Capital Management Program at Columbia University School of Professional Studies will be hosting a fireside chat on Thursday, January 25th from 6-8:30 PM featuring Jennifer Brown, Founder and CEO of Jennifer Brown Consulting and David Gonzales, Global Chief Diversity Officer at Bristol-Myers Squibb. They will discuss the evolving role of the Chief Diversity Officer, its rising importance, and effective change management.
 

Speaker Bios:

Jennifer Brown is an award-winning entrepreneur, speaker, diversity and inclusion consultant, and author. As the successful founder, president, and CEO of Jennifer Brown Consulting, headquartered in New York City, Jennifer is responsible for designing workplace strategies that have been implemented by some of the biggest companies and nonprofits in the world.
