NECR Webinar: Find Your Massive Transformative Purpose

The “Find Your Massive Transformative Purpose” webinar focuses on the application of the Massive Transformative Purpose (MTP) concept, traditionally utilized in innovative businesses, to personal development. It will explore the journey of discovering one’s MTP through personal experiences and pivotal life moments. The session aims to provide insights and strategies for identifying a deeply personal purpose that not only aligns with individual passions but also contributes to meaningful change.

Aldo Civico is recognized as one of the top 10 global experts in leadership. He serves as a faculty member in the Master’s in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution program at Columbia University. His career in conflict resolution began in the 1990s in Palermo, where he worked with anti-Mafia mayor Leoluca Orlando, focusing on systemic changes to combat the Mafia’s influence.

Civico has also played a role as a facilitator in ceasefire talks between the Colombian government and National Liberation Army guerrillas. Currently, he specializes in coaching and training C-suite executives to achieve excellence in leadership.
