Give to Gain: How Reciprocity Builds Durable Power
Give to Gain: How Reciprocity Builds Durable Power will explore how women leaders negotiate across institutions, turning relationships, trust, and limited resources into lasting impact. Moderated through the lens of negotiation and leadership, the conversation will examine how reciprocity operates in conditions shaped by power, constraint, and real-world tradeoffs.
Drawing on experiences across government, civil society, peacebuilding, and community-based work, panelists will reflect on what is given, what is gained, and where the limits of compromise emerge. The discussion will offer grounded insight into how durable power is built - and sustained - through intentional, principled exchange.
