Marta Michelle Colón, CEO of BG & Company, is a psychologist, conflict-resolution specialist, negotiator, and entrepreneur who empowers individuals, teams, and organizations across the corporate, academic, nonprofit, and government sectors in the United States, Asia, Latin America, and Europe. She equips individuals, families, and workplaces with high-performance skills in emotional intelligence, executive function, and adaptive leadership, transforming environments into collaborative, conflict-resilient, internal and customer-focused, and innovation-driven cultures. Marta is a 2017 Aspen Institute Scholar and Presidential Leadership Scholar (a program founded by Presidents Bush, Clinton, and Johnson). She was honored as a L'Oréal Women of Worth for creating an award-winning, evidence-based opioid prevention program. She holds a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, an executive education certificate in Social Impact Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania, and a master’s degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University.
