Career support for life!

The Career Design Lab (CDL) is a resource available exclusively to the students and alumni of the School of Professional Studies,  empowering them to navigate agile, purpose-driven, and meaningful careers in a global and evolving workplace. 

The CDL team provides support in your career journeys with individualized career coaching sessions that cover your overall career assessment, resume and cover letter writing, agile internship and job search strategies, personal branding, interview skills, career transitions, salary negotiations, and more.

SPS Alumni Career Services

• Utilize premium virtual career resources such as Interstride, Firsthand/Vault, Big Interview, CandidCareers, and Jobscan.
• Attend CDL events (virtual and in-person) such as career expos, recruiting sessions, and networking opportunities.
• Access SPS Talent, the exclusive SPS job board.
• Meet with a career coach for individualized career support on a variety of topics.
