Mark was born in Los Angeles, but spent the majority of his time growing up and living in New Jersey. Because of that, he has a natural inclination for bagels and public transportation. He received his Bachelors in Justice Studies from Montclair State University and spent some time working as a teacher, and in various schools, before transitioning to higher education.
