What are the benefits of this asynchronous program from a learning and networking perspective?

The program is truly tailored for professionals in the industry. I was able to balance my demanding travel schedule—both internationally and domestically—while completing the coursework at my own pace. The flexibility was invaluable, yet I still had ample access to professors for guidance. They were always available to provide support as needed. The group projects, in particular, kept me engaged and fostered a strong sense of connection with my classmates, enhancing both my learning experience and professional network.

How did your career change during and/or after earning an M.P.S. in Insurance Management?

Earning my M.P.S. in Insurance Management has significantly boosted my confidence and leadership skills. Throughout the program, my peers and professors recognized and encouraged my leadership potential, which has had a lasting impact on my career. The advanced knowledge I gained has allowed me to contribute more meaningfully to client engagements and strengthen my professional expertise. Since graduating, I’ve also transitioned into a new role as a Senior Underwriting Specialist at AIG, where I look forward to leveraging the skills and insights from the program to better support my clients and foster stronger broker relationships.
