Ritendra Roy has over 20 years of experience originating/executing on $20 billion+ of mergers and capital-raising transactions. He previously served as a Managing Director at Alantra and Senior Investment Banker with PwC Corporate Finance and J.P. Morgan. He has also served in senior insurance sector roles including the strategy group at Marsh & McLennan.
Ritendra holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern, and BA in Economics from St. Stephens College.
