Poorva Desai

My name is Poorva Desai! I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Applied Analytics. I am originally from India, but I have stayed in New Jersey since I was 6 years old. Prior to starting my graduate study I was working as a data/procurement analyst for an Insurance company for about 2 years. 
I wanted to pursue my graduate degree to enhance my current skill sets with working in data and focus on organizational skills that are needed for today's work environment. I aspire to hold leadership roles within my industry of interest. 
I’m super excited to be a part of SPSSG! I am looking forward to working with the team to enhance student experience at SPS. Aside from my academics, I enjoy traveling, going on hikes and trying new cuisines!
