Laura Sywulak

Laura Sywulak is a data analytics specialist who works with HRBPs, managers, and senior leaders to build robust methodologies for collecting organizational data, analyzing key performance metrics and delivering actionable insight to strengthen business performance. She has worked with a number of leading companies including JetBlue, Facebook, Tiffany & Co, and Hogan Assessments to implement measurement and reporting programs for various stages of the employee lifecycle. Her expertise is centered around using innovative approaches to analyze employee surveys so companies can more strategically leverage their unique cultural strengths to build and manage a diverse workforce. As a Data Scientist at Paradigm, a consulting firm that helps companies to build more diverse workforces and more inclusive organizations.
Sywulak is active in the Metropolitan New York Association of Applied Psychology (METRO), the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology (SIOP). She has also chaired the board of the Global Organisation for Humanitarian Work Psychology (GOHWP).
