David Oh

David leads the wealth strategy team for Mercer Advisors, which provides tax, trusts, and estate guidance to ultra-high-net-worth families. He advises clients on preserving multigenerational family wealth and charitable strategies. Before joining Mercer Advisors, David held key roles at Franklin Templeton, Charles Schwab, and PwC, offering tax, estate, and wealth planning solutions to founders, executives, and family offices.
David earned his Master of Laws in Taxation at Boston University, J.D. from University of the Pacific, and B.A. at University of California, Berkeley. He is a certified specialist in both taxation law and estate planning by the State Bar of California. David sits on the board of UCLA’s legal education program and chairs the estate and gift tax committee of the California Lawyer’s Association. He is also a lecturer for the Columbia University School of Professional Studies where he teaches estate planning to master’s degree students.
