Speakers

Charley Ellis started a successful international strategy consulting firm nearly 50 years ago and has remained an industry leader ever since. He has taught at Harvard Business School and Yale School of Management and served as the chair of the Board of Directors at the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research at Massachusetts Institute of Technology for more than 15 years. His best-selling book, "Winning the Loser’s Game: Timeless Strategies for Successful Investing," is currently in its seventh edition. He was the successor trustee of Yale University, where he chaired the university's investment committee with David Swensen. He received his undergraduate degree from Yale College, his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, and his doctorate in financial economics at New York University.

Philipp Hecker is a member of the Advisory Council for Columbia University's Wealth Management master's program. For the past 20 years, he has focused on defining and implementing growth strategies in the wealth and asset management industries at J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank and the Boston Consulting Group in New York. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Diploma from the University of Passau, Germany.
