How to Effectively Manage Charitable Giving in the Time of COVID-19

In the span of six months, the landscape of charitable giving has drastically changed. Gail Cohen, Chairman and General Trust Counsel at Fiduciary Trust International, and Lecturer in the Wealth Management program, recently hosted a Fiduciary Trust International webinar about how to make sense of the changes in philanthropy and how to make the most impact. 

"The year 2020 is unfolding to be a much broader landscape than solely COVID-19-related issues," Cohen said at the opening of the webinar.

Over the course of 45 minutes, Cohen and a team of specialists in the area of philanthropy offer a guide to multi-faceted approach to giving, including in the realms of health care, hunger, poverty, and racial justice initiatives as well as other areas of giving that may be overlooked in the current climate, including arts and performing arts institutions.
