Enterprise Risk Management Lecturer Michael Leibrock, Managing Director, Head of Counterparty Credit Risk and Systemic Risk, Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), spoke at the 12th Annual Association for Federal Enterprise Risk Management (AFERM) Summit in D.C.
