Michael has served as Lecturer in the ERM Program for seven years, teaching courses in Financial Risk Management, Credit Risk Management, Risk Regulations in Finance, and Traditional ERM Practices.
Michael currently serves as Managing Director - Credit Risk Management at the Options Clearing Corporation, where he is responsible for managing the initial credit approval and ongoing credit monitoring of all clearing members of the OCC. Previously, Michael served as Managing Director, Head of Credit and Systemic Risk at the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), responsible for the identification and monitoring of potential systemic threats to DTCC and for overseeing all counterparty credit risk. Prior to DTCC, Leibrock held several senior risk management roles including Chief Counterparty Risk Officer at Fannie Mae and Head of Financial Institutions Credit Risk for Commerzbank A.G..
