Marianne Seiler

Lecturer, Applied Analytics; Senior Principal and Partner, Accenture

Marianne Seiler is a results-oriented senior executive with a proven track record in building competitive marketing organizations. She has singular experience upgrading marketing organizations and improving marketing ROI through application of analytics, organization redesign, process re-engineering, metrics setting and automation. Her work spans from venture-funded start-ups to global Fortune 100 companies, with both B2B and B2C companies in multiple industries.

As a Senior Principal and Partner at Accenture, Seiler led the firm’s practice in customer analytics serving North American Financial Services Clients. She was also the global lead of the Marketing Operations practice, where she was tasked with establishing Accenture’s proof of value, structuring and expanding capabilities and services, managing strategic partnerships, and developing thought capital and driving revenue.

Seiler worked with clients' global marketing and analytics leaders to drive revenue and stimulate growth by applying analytics, restructuring marketing organizations, reengineering marketing processes, implementing enabling technologies, and establishing marketing performance measures to enable better decision making. In that role, she developed Accenture’s intellectual capital, consulting assets, strategic partner relationships and resource development/training programs to support its customer analytics practice.

Prior to joining Accenture, she spent 15 years in line marketing and business development positions. The breadth of her experience includes senior-level involvement in new product development and launch, channel and market expansion, and strategic market planning. She has spoken and written on numerous marketing topics, and is currently on the faculty of Northwestern University's Masters in Predictive Analytics program.
