Dalton Pierce

Dalton “Tommy” Pierce is the founder of Bluenose Wealth, an independent registered investment advisory firm. Tommy is a U.S. Naval Academy graduate and former Navy submarine officer, he later earned his MBA from the Carlson School of Management and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Wealth Management at Columbia University.

Tommy is especially passionate about serving military families and professionals navigating major life transitions. His approach focuses on listening, education, and helping clients connect financial decisions to the life they want to build.
