Rajvi began her career in software development but quickly realized her true calling lay in shaping how technology drives outcomes. From streamlining operations for global organizations to designing AI-powered tools that simplify complex workflows, she’s built a track record of turning ideas into products that make work smarter and lives easier.

She is also the founder of Adonix Medical, a health-tech venture that leverages AI routing agents to optimize post-hospital care transitions, an idea born from her belief that technology should amplify care, not complexity.
