Welcome to the fall 2025 semester at the School of Professional Studies (SPS). Whether you are joining us for the first time or returning to continue your studies, I am delighted to have you as part of our dynamic SPS community.
As I have written about last spring, we are thrilled to be establishing new academic offerings, including the M.S. in Project Management and new concentrations in the M.S. in Applied Analytics, that reflect both the evolving demands of the professional world and our commitment to innovation. Stay tuned for announcements on additional offerings that we have designed to open new pathways for our students.
Just as our programs and degrees are expanding, the tools we use to learn and innovate are changing. Not surprisingly, artificial intelligence is now a vital part of both academic and professional life. At SPS, we are embracing this shift by integrating AI into our curriculum and student experience, preparing you not only to use these tools, but also to understand, evaluate, and innovate with them responsibly. Our faculty are evolving alongside these technologies, and our goal is to ensure that students and professors alike can harness AI to expand their capabilities and tackle real-world challenges.
