Rebecca Ray, Ph.D., Executive Vice President of The Conference Board, Joins Amy Abel's HCM Agility Class
Rebecca Ray joined the HCM Agility: Leading Through Disruption course and shared research insights about the changing dynamics in our workplaces and how this will significantly impact the leaders within organizations. Effective leaders will be more empathetic, team-centric, and accountable for development, culture, and retention.
Leaders will need to leverage collaboration tools, develop and coach, as well as support work/life integration. They will also need to be effective in hybrid work settings and ensure a fair, inclusive, high-performance culture. She also shared advice from her experiences on how to view our own careers in HR for success in the future.
