Information and Knowledge Strategy (IKNS) Featured in KM World
A recent article in KM World highlights Columbia’s M.S. in Information and Knowledge Strategy and the benefits of gaining innovative knowledge management skills. Katrina Pugh, the director of the program, elaborates on the tangible skills gained by students.
"The focus of the program is on information management and collaboration. In the realm of collaboration, students learn how to share tacit knowledge, how to grow social capital, and how to develop and execute strategy. “We want to teach people what kind of organization they need to build in order to get the work done,” Pugh explains."
