Columbia University’s program topped the list of 25 Best Master’s in Construction Management, compiled by Great Business Schools, an organization that assists prospective business students in finding the right program.
Great Business School's mission states, “The combination of classes, environment, and career assistance is something every student should take into account. We pull this information together to ensure that every student knows what they need to know before they put their pen to their first business school application.” Their editors evaluated accredited colleges and universities that offer construction administration/management master’s programs. The rankings were determined by criteria that included student reviews, tuition, salary potential, and the breadth and scope of career success that graduates are able to achieve.

Even though the construction industry hit pause in big cities during the COVID-19 pandemic, the current Infrastructure Bill proposed by the Biden administration is expected to re-ignite projects that went on hold and support innovative initiatives in the building trades. Planned projects cover everything from traditional roads and bridges to data centers and much more. The potential for those who pursue this degree extends to a host of fields, such as civil engineering, cost estimators, real estate developers, and a wide range of roles, everything from entry-level jobs to CEOs.
