The Columbia University School of Professional Studies recently embarked on an exciting journey to India, hosting a dynamic series of events in Mumbai and Delhi geared towards prospective students, distinguished alumni, potential employers, and industry connections. Visits like these are essential to maintaining Columbia’s strong international presence and index of global connections, which often play a major role in student and alumni success. In fostering face-to-face connections among India’s expansive Columbia community, SPS positions itself as a premier global graduate school.
The events in Mumbai and Delhi saw a fantastic turnout, with approximately 150 attendees across both cities. The audience was diverse, ranging from enthusiastic prospective students to accomplished alumni and friends of SPS. Panel discussions highlighted some alumni who have championed successful careers after graduating from SPS. They shared personal stories, fielded questions, and reminisced about their time in their programs.
