Associate Director of Administration and Associate Faculty, Human Capital Management
Brad Tuyay is the associate director of administration for the Columbia University School of Professional Studies Human Capital Management graduate program as well as an associate for the Effective Partnership Strategies for Human Capital Management Solutions and Capstone Seminar courses. He serves as Co-Chair for the Columbia University School of Professional Studies DEIA Committee. Throughout his career, he has worked in a number of different industries from fashion, sports, commercial real estate, retail banking, government and advertising. As a course associate, he brings these experiences into the classroom, particularly in supporting courses covering leadership and project management. Prior graduate courses include Leadership and Personnel Management in Sports and Supervised Project in Sports Management: Olympians as Brands. He is a recipient of the 2023 Columbia SPS Dean’s Excellence Award.
Tuyay holds a M.S. in Sports Management from Columbia University and a B.S. in Finance, Real Estate, and Law from California State Polytechnic University–Pomona.
