Tom Farndon

Tom has always found himself at home in front of a crowd. Starting with summer youth programs and kayak tour guiding before moving into corporate event implementation, he leverages over 16 years of events experience into crafting meaningful and engaging activities that catalyze people to do good. 

The thrill of traveling to make an impact to be an inexhaustible source of fun and inspiration for Tom. He manages the training for all of Impact 4 Good's facilitators, and works closely with the program management team to ensure that Impact 4 Good delivers best-in-class experiences. His extensive knowledge in facilitating events has helped him refine the narrative of Impact 4 Good’s events, ensuring that all who attend are inspired to make a difference. 

Tom is a part-time student in Columbia University's M.S. in Nonprofit Management program. He is the former Nonprofit Management Student Association Director of Social Affairs.
