Theresa Klepper

Student, MS in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution

Theresa Klepper serves on the board of Association of Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Students (ANCoRS) as the President and past Treasurer. She is a current student in the Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (NECR) M.S. program at Columbia University. Theresa's research interests include corporate accessibility, organizational power, culture shifts, implicit bias, and disability, as well as the use of Coordinated Management of Meaning (CMM) in solving internal corporate disputes. She hopes to work as a consultant for organizational change toward corporate accessibility. She has a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a Peace and Conflict focus and a minor in Architecture from University of San Francisco. Theresa has presented past research at the George Mason University, Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution Graduate Symposium. She currently works both within the NECR department at Columbia University SPS and at Barnard College’s Center for Accessibility Resources and Disability Services (CARDS) office.
