Carol is an executive business leader with diverse experience in redesigning business processes to meet strategic change management initiatives, with proficiency in organizational development, training, human resources, labor relations, and finance.
With more than 20 years of global expertise, Carol’s work spans across human resources, operations, and training and has included working with the MTA, Marvel Entertainment, Acoustiguide, Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the United States Marine Corps Reserves.
Mentoring future business leaders, Carol also teaches human capital management courses at New York University, and is proficient at translating theoretical concepts into practical application to create a more comprehensive classroom experience.
