Saurav Banerjee

Saurav Banerjee is the founder of MyySports, which aims to democratize sports. The vision of MyySports is to empower the youth by offering creator tools to the users, which will enable them to imagine, create, archive, and broadcast their sporting talent. Banerjee has been a venture capitalist with a leading VC firm and has more than 20 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry. He was the former chief executive and chief financial officer of a large media conglomerate. He has been on the board of multiple media and technology companies.

Banerjee is adept at providing leadership in matters pertaining to M&A, change management, stakeholder engagement, and business strategy. He has vast experience in setting up new ventures, realigning operations, raising seed funding, equity and debt financing, financial restructuring, financial analysis, and risk mitigation. Banerjee is a chartered accountant with training from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in its Global Capital Market Group. He participated in the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He is also on the board of Welham Boys School in Dehradun, India.
