Humberto de la Calle

Mr. de la Calle served as the fifth Colombian Vice President and Minister of the Interior during the debates that drafted the 1991 Colombian Constitution. He was also the Colombian ambassador in the United Kingdom and Spain. Mr. de la Calle was a two-time presidential candidate and the government's lead negotiator during La Habana peace process between the Colombian Government and the FARC.
