William Cui

ANCoRS Vice President | M.S. in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution

William Cui is a current student in the M.S. in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (NECR) program at Columbia University and serves as the Vice President of the student group Association for Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (ANCoRS).

William is an aspiring negotiator and peacebuilder dedicated to fostering peace through economic collaboration. Originally from Uzbekistan, he earned a BSc in Management from the London School of Economics (LSE), including an exchange year at HEC Paris. He previously worked as a Regional Key Account Manager at Huawei in Moscow, focusing on the Device Business, and also has experience in pharmaceuticals and finance. He continues to collaborate with global experts on international trade, Professors Saul Estrin and Christine Côté, on a forthcoming book about international business strategies in emerging markets. William strives to create a positive impact at every institution he joins, including founding the Central Asian Society in London, serving as Chairman of the Russian Society, and acting as Co-VP of the Negotiation Society at LSE. He is of Russian and Chinese heritage and speaks three languages.
