Vicky Klesseck

Vicky Klesseck is a higher education program strategist with over ten years of experience spanning academic administration, program development, communications, events, student engagement, and organizational strategy. A graduate of Bryant University and Columbia University, Victoria has built her higher education career around creating meaningful connections between people, programs, and organizations. She currently serves as Assistant Director of Administration for the M.S. in Nonprofit Management program at Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies, where she helps lead the operational and strategic initiatives that support the program’s students, faculty, alumni, and broader professional community.
In her role at Columbia, Victoria manages initiatives across admissions and enrollment strategy, curriculum and academic operations, faculty coordination, student and alumni engagement, communications, data analysis, and large-scale programming. She has played an integral role in developing and executing conferences, professional development programs, community events, and other initiatives designed to connect nonprofit leaders, practitioners, scholars, and students.
As a 2024 graduate of the Columbia University M.S in Information and Knowledge Strategy Program, Vicky brings a multidisciplinary approach to her work, combining strategic thinking with creative problem-solving, project management, communications, and data-informed decision-making. She is particularly interested in how organizations can build stronger communities, create engaging experiences, and translate ambitious ideas into programs and initiatives with measurable impact.
