Tom Kartanowicz
Regional CISO, Europe and Americas, Standard Chartered Bank
Tom Kartanowicz has been working in IT and information security for over 20 years with experience in cyber risk management, regulatory compliance, systems administration, network security and security awareness. As CISO for SCB Europe and Americas, Tom leads the information and cyber security functions across ten markets and previously worked at Commerzbank and Natixis North America.
Tom holds a Master of Science in IT from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from New York University. He is a member of ISSA, ISC2 and ISACA. Tom has appeared as a panelist and speaker at CEFpro, the NYIT Global Cybersecurity Conference, OpRisk North America, Gartner, Columbia University and other industry events.
