Thiviya Nadesakumaran

Thiviya Nadesakumaran is an HR Program Manager at Netflix, where she leads strategic initiatives across Talent Acquisition and HR technology in a fast-paced, global environment. She partners closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable, technology-driven solutions that enhance the employee experience.

Previously, Thiviya served as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture, specializing in HR transformation and technology implementation. She led complex change initiatives for a diverse portfolio of technology clients, shaping strategy, driving execution, and measuring impact. Her work focused on using data-driven insights to identify organizational challenges and design tailored, human-centered programs. She has also held strategic Human Capital Management roles at Lyft and Mercer.
