Teri Mendelsohn is an executive coach and consultant at the intersection of sustainability and digital product development. A content and business strategist and product innovator who specializes in the development, implementation, and launch of advanced digital solutions for companies working to assess and measure the impact of climate change globally, she works with executives and their teams to green their products and processes.
Teri’s respected expertise as a content strategist and product innovation lead extends across the media, information services, and technology industries. As founder and principal of Mendelsohn Consulting, Inc., a New York-based practice that specializes in the creation and launch of digital tools for the sustainable management of natural resources, Teri is retained by companies and non-governmental organizations including New York Green Bank, the World Economic Forum, Economist Intelligence Unit and IDEO.
Previously, she was senior product lead for product management at Sustainable1, formerly Trucost, now part of S&P Global. In this role, she designed and implemented web-based decision-support tools to enable companies and investors to assess ESG risks and opportunities.
Teri is the secretary of the board of trustees of the North Salem Open Land Foundation. She received her Front-End Coaching Intensive and Sustainability Analytics certificates from Columbia University, MBA from Columbia Business School and Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
