Taylor Skinner

Taylor Skinner is a proud Baltimore native and graduate of Bowie State University, where she earned her B.S. in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Social Justice. At Columbia, Taylor is pursuing her M.S. in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (NECR). She has gained professional experience in government and public service through her work in the Office of Baltimore Mayor Brandon M. Scott, where she focused on policy research, youth engagement, and administrative services. Taylor’s ultimate goal is to become a criminal profiler while continuing to create and maintain safe spaces for marginalized communities, with a particular focus on supporting youth.
