As Google’s director of Brand Strategy and Management, Betts directed the alignment of Google’s brand portfolio to represent an inclusive, sustainable, and impactful platform across all marketing endeavors. As Microsoft’s senior director of Brand Strategy, Betts led branding for the parent brand, rebuilding brand love for Microsoft and redefining the brand architecture amid major acquisitions such as Skype, LinkedIn, and GitHub. Her earlier career at FutureBrand in São Paulo and New York involved managing cross-functional teams to develop effective branding solutions for clients across the globe.
